The people who work inside are really nice and friendly BUT I had my car towed here, coo he even offered to let me pay a Lower price for the tow and add it to my bill. It came in on the tow car as a no start. My car has been having this issue for some time now. Idk it just doesn’t want to start sometime after putting gas into it, anyways it needed to goto the shop for some time now so after the no start I finally called around and found this shop. A few hours in I remember my car has a 2 year warranty and I advised this to the shop owner. He said coo he would work on my car call the warranty and see what he could do. 2 days in I’m calling to check on my car doesn’t seem like a lot of progress was made by this time I’m 100 dollars in on taking Ubers to work. So I call again to see what’s going on, no direct answer couldn’t really tell me what was wrong with my car. He suggested it was the fuse box at this time my bill was sitting at around 900 plus dollars, so I asked did you call my warranty to see if it’s covered. I had about 20 undirect answers. Telling me it hasn’t really “failed” so he was unsure the warranty would cover it blah blah blah. Never once tired to call to see if it was cover because I guess he didn’t have any proof or whatever lie he was telling me because if that’s the so called code popping up you would think that’s the proof right there, but I guess not. So on the 3rd day in the morning I get a call telling me to come get my car and it would be 320 dollars to get it back. Didn’t fix anything didn’t even diagnose my car I still don’t know what is truly wrong with my car. Probably the worse experience I’ve ever had with a shop l. I felt so played and cheated. I was so upset I rather them hold onto my car and just fix it at this point because 9 times out of 10 my warranty would have covered most of the work that needed to be done on my car. He didn’t want to lower the bill or anything I ended having to pay 300 plus dollars to get my car back with nothing being done to it at all. The car still randomly just doesn’t want to start sometimes. I just would not recommend you taking your car here. I’m truly upset on how they handled me and my car. Never again.
