I had 2 encounters in a week with the great service that this shop brings. I was stranded with a dead battery and unable to get a jump. So I searched for a place close to where I was and where I live. Patrick was over within 15 minutes of call with a battery charger/jumpstart and car started. Once back at the shop, it was discovered that battery failed charge test so it was charged and then it passed. While I waited, Patrick went on lunch break and brought back a lunch for me. I made an appointment for the following week to have oil change and inspection due for 80K check and several issues came up including the battery still failing the test. Estimates were provided prior to work starting. Work was done by the end of the day. Courtesy rides to and from my home were provided.

Jorge and his team at BP are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are not out to screw over and shoot it straight. I love how their repair estimates are modern and delivered via text and e-mail and they have a cool automated system that texts you through the steps of your car’s inspection and repair process. I would highly recommend using BP for any of your auto-repair needs.

The owner and the staff are so humble , courteous, friendly and ever smiling . The quote I was given initially was reduced by $200 at the end because they said they did the job quicker than they had anticipated- very honest!

I was referred to Sunray back in January; my vehicle needed several repairs. They did a wonderful job! Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I then had another major repair needed less than 2 months later. Fortunately, Sunray was able to fix it within 24 hours of contact and drop it off at my work when finished.
