Hi Dustin. Thank you for the opportunity to work on your vehicle and we apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your experience with us. You requested new rear brake pads and rotors upon your visit. However, during our inspection, we found that your rear brakes were practically new, with 90% life still on them at least. The front brakes had about 30-40% life in them, but the rotors were rusty, which could cause some of the noise you mentioned as the reason you came in. We called to let you know it would be an unnecessary expense to replace the brakes completely and you could save money by just having the front rotors done. We’re not sure what caused this negative rating, but we would definitely like to speak with you further and address your concerns directly.
